Dr. Renee Stetkevich, PT, DPT
Owner, Doctor of Physical Therapy
ES3PT, founded and owned by Renee Stetkevich, PT, DPT, OCS, is located directly in the center of the bedroom community town of Tierrasanta in San Diego, CA.

Dr. Renee Stetkevich, PT, DPT, OCS graduated from Columbia University Program in Physical Therapy in 2007 with honors and received the award for Clinical Excellence for her graduating class. She has been practicing as an out-patient orthopedic Physical Therapist in San Diego for 13 years. Additionally, Renee received her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist certification in 2009. She is manual therapy trained under the instructors at the Ola Grimsby Institute as well as LSVT BIG certified. In 2008, Renee founded Passion for Playing, a community injury prevention program targeting pediatric and adolescent athletes. Renee played Division I soccer and has torn her ACL three times, which has ultimately allowed her to better connect with and treat her patients. Additionally, this experience not only allows Renee to treat athletes with a high level of empathy, but has led to her passion of injury prevention.

Christin brings energy and passion to the ES3 Physical Therapy team. She specializes in orthopaedic and sports rehabilitation and injury prevention. A graduate of Springfield College with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, she went on to get her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Boston University.
Christin has extensive teaching experience, including continuing education courses for Physical Therapists and Harvard Medical School, where she taught anatomy and physiology.
Christin has committed her career to sports-specific rehabilitation and performance training for multiple sports. She has worked with all levels of athletes from youth to professional, including Olympic, NFL, NLL, CFL, XFL, AVP, WNBA, WTA, and UFC athletes. Christin’s goal is to create a fun, energetic, environment to help guide the body through the healing process.

Heather was born in San Diego and moved to Portland, Oregon when she was young. She attended University of Oregon and University of Utah for undergrad and has a degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to graduate from Touro University Nevada with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013.
As a Physical Therapist she enjoys treating a variety of conditions and injuries related to orthopedics which is why she obtained a board certification in this specialty. She also has a strong interest in wound care which is helpful for any post-op patients that are treated in the clinic.
Outside of work Heather loves to travel around the world, pet every dog she comes in contact with, do woodworking and wall design projects, and her love language is shoes.
Lauren received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Southern California and her Bachelor's in Health Sciences at The Ohio State University where she was a varsity athlete. Lauren enjoys working with all different patient populations, but has specializations in vestibular rehabilitation and pelvic floor physical therapy.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys surfing, paddling, and spending time with her dog.

Mackenzie is an Oregon native and went to Oregon State University. She then moved to Arizona where she received her doctoral degree from A.T. Still University. Following graduation she moved to San Diego where she has been living for a little over a year. She enjoys various patient populations, but has a greater interest in orthopedics and pelvic health.
Outside of treating, she enjoys anything that allows her to move her body whether that be going to the gym, sweating in a pilates class, hiking or snowboarding. She is often found at her favorite local coffee shop or listening to live music on the weekends.
